ÖGER is member of F.I.D.E. - Fédération Internationale pour le Droit Européen.
Founded in 1961, FIDE brings together the national societies dedicated to European law in each member state, as well as the societies of the candidate countries, Norway and Switzerland. FIDE plays an outstanding role in the development and shaping of European law and European legal culture, and is now recognized and consolidated as an umbrella organization for more than 50 years of existence.
