EU Workshop Talk: SPECIAL

On Monday, June 28 2022, 6pm, a special edition of the EU Workshop Talks takes place. Former Advocate General Bobek will report about the "ne bis in idem"-principle in EU Law, taking into consideration two judgements, for which he wrote the opinions. Further information is available here.

FIDE Congress 2021 - Update 2

The FIDE Congress 2021, postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, can now take place as planned on Nov 3-6, 2021 live, in-person in Den Haag. Registration is still possible until Septemer 28 (see here).

The 4th annual Young European Law Scholars Conference (YELS) will be held on Thursday 20 and Friday 21 May, 2021, at the University of Zurich. Until October 15, 2020 young scholars are invited to hand in their papers. You can find further information here.
